Certified in thermography and we use state of the art camera equipment.

Infrared Thermography is the technique for producing an image of invisible (to our eyes) infrared light emitted by objects due to their thermal condition. More sophisticated infrared cameras, like we use, can actually measure temperatures of any object or surface in the image and product color images that make interpretation of thermal patterns easier. An image produced by an infrared camera is called a thermogram or a thermograph.
Infrared Thermal Imaging is an advanced non-destructive technology that allows us to show you things about your home that no one can show you with conventional inspection methods.

Advantages of thermography
  • It can be used to measure or observe inaccessible areas or hazardous for other reasons
  • It is a non-destructive test method
  • It can be used to find defects in shafts, pipes, and other metal or plastic parts[
  • It can be used to detect objects in dark areas
  • It shows a visual picture so temperatures over a large area can be compared
  • It is capable of catching moving targets in real time
  • It is able to find deteriorating, i.e., higher temperature components prior to their failure

Infrared Thermography inspections may identify the following:
• Water and moisture intrusion that could lead to mold or physical damage
• Hidden roof leaks
• Dangerous flue leaks
• Unknown plumbing leaks
• Electrical faults
• Broken seals in double pane windows
• And may other uses
